Pumpa/ bugs/ tilde in urls

I pasted this url into a note:

https://vote.debian.org/~secretary/gr_initcoupling/tally.txt

On cicking on the preview link, I was taken to this url instead, which in this case didn't work:

https://www.debian.org/%257Esecretary/gr_initcoupling/tally.txt

I can confirm that this happens. If you disable Markdown mode it works, so that's a useful hint for debugging.

A funny thing is that this bug disappears if you compile Pumpa against Qt5 instead of Qt4.

Since this bugs appears to be related the the Qt widget, and it's fixed in Qt5 - and Pumpa is going to transition to Qt5 in the future I'm going to leave it for that.

Pumpa now uses Qt 5 by default and this bug is resolved.
